Mentoring is at the center of everything we do: Mentoring is not just a service or activity. Whether through sports, case management, or professional development, our focus is on building relationships that strengthen identity, belonging, and future pathways for youth.

Impact Groups: Restorative mentoring groups

Small-group spaces where youth explore identity, coping strategies, emotional regulation, leadership, and healing practices.

  • $100/hr (serves 6-10 youth per hour)

GROW program 1:1 Mentoring Services

Individualized support that includes life-planning, accountability structures, academic support, and crisis intervention.

  • $75/hr (serves 3 youth per hour)

Restorative mediation that helps youth navigate conflict, repair harm, and build healthy communication skills.

  • $150–$250 per session

  • Complex cases: $250–$400

RISE program: Student Recovery

Reconnecting Individual Students to Education - Support for youth returning to school environments, focusing on academic reengagement, attendance, and social-emotional stabilization.

  • $110/hr (serves 5 students per hour)

Professional Impact: Professional Development

Training for educators, youth workers, and community organizations on how to serve system-impacted youth with trauma-informed and restorative practices.

  • $1,500–$2,500 (half day)

  • $2,500–$4,500 (full day)
